Aapoon Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

Applicable to All Aapoon Products (Messenger, QVPN, Quantum Shield, Aapoon Meet, and Future Offerings)

This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases of Aapoon’s paid Services, including subscriptions, licenses, and in-app purchases, available through https://aapoon.com, the Aapoon mobile apps (iOS/Android), or authorized third-party platforms. Aapoon, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion, with updates posted at https://aapoon.com/refund-policy/. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. General Policy

  • No Refunds for Active Use: Refunds are not available for Services used during an active subscription or license period, except as provided below.
  • Company Discretion: All refund decisions are at Aapoon’s sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Aapoon will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, a refund may be issued for the duplicate amount upon written request.
  • Unintended Purchases: For accidental purchases (e.g., unauthorized use by minors or errors) reported within 14 days, refunds may be granted, subject to verification and app store policies (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).
  • Defective Services: If a Service is materially defective (e.g., fails to provide core functionality like encryption, Page 6) and unrepaired after 30 days of reported issue, a pro-rata refund may be considered.
  • Cancellation Pre-Term: For pre-paid subscriptions canceled before activation, a full refund may be issued if requested within 7 days of purchase.

3. Ineligible Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with Service features, delays, advice efficacy, or health outcomes.
  • No cash refunds for card transactions; credits may be issued to your Aapoon wallet unless otherwise specified.

4. Request Process

  • Submission: Submit refund requests in writing to support@aapoon.net with your registered email, order details, and reason.
  • Verification: Aapoon may require proof (e.g., transaction ID, account activity) to process requests.
  • Timeline: Requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction or issue occurrence. Processing may take up to 30 business days.

5. Refund Execution

  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or Aapoon wallet. Bank transfers incur a 3% gateway fee; wallet credits avoid this fee.
  • Deductions: Courier fees ($40 for international returns) and applicable taxes may be deducted.
  • Limits: No refunds beyond 6 months from the request date.

6. International Considerations

  • International customers may return products within 15 days, with a video of packaging required. Refunds are subject to the above terms, with currency conversion fees possible.

7. Consumer Rights

  • In regions with consumer protection laws (e.g., EU, UK, Australia), statutory rights are preserved. Contact support@aapoon.net for clarification.
  • App store refund policies (e.g., Apple, Google) may apply to purchases made through their platforms.

8. Disputes

  • Disputes are governed by Texas law, with jurisdiction in Texas courts (see TOS Section 16.5). Arbitration may apply.
